Pool, spa, resturants, were excellent.
Location, it is 15 minutes drive to Nama Bay ( the happening place). Also the rooms are not as Ritz Carlton standard that we have expected ie (tv is not flat screen, bathroom was standard like any 4 star hotel), but generally it was okay.

This place is in a fantastic location, not too far from a Sea Life Center, in a lovely area, offering beautifully decorated rooms and friendly staff at a reasonable price of £315.

Everything was very good, reasonably good staff, great views of the beach and pool. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was well decorated. The location in a very very nice area was incredible and there were an old market and a market nearby. Plus, main attraction such as a holy stone was 3 km from this hotel.

The hotel location was very good. the staff were very professional in handling problems. the design of the hotel and the distribution of the rooms are great and give the feel of relaxation.
staff response was not that fast (we asked for a club car to port us to the reception and we wait for more than 15 mins. several times) a 5-star hotel should have been better.

The hotel is good.
expensive in comparison to the facilities. The pool was cold and they didn't switch pool heating not sure why. The oveall it's a good hotel but very expensive and the not that clean. I won't come back to same hotel as for the value of money other hotels in sharm are much better.
